Expectation from company: Any Entry level Graduates can apply.

• Should have Basic Computer Skills, with Excellent Communication Skills, including Oral and Written Skills in English
• Must be adapt to learning and applying Troubleshooting and Problem Solving techniques
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service Operations
• Should be able to Receive, log and manage Calls from Internal Staff via Telephone and Email regarding IT issues and Queries
• Good Technical Knowledge is expected, must be willing to work in Rotational shifts
