Location: Noida, Delhi/NCR

Industry: BPO / Call Centre / ITES

Qualification: The applicant must be a B.Sc/B.Com/SSC

Experience: 0 to 6 months

No of Openings: 30

CTC: INR Less Than 50,000 - 1, 25,000 P.A.  

Expectation from company: Entry level B.Sc/B.Com, SSC accepted.
  • Should have Basic Computer Skills, must have Excellent Communication Skills, including Oral and Written Skills in English
  • Must be adapt to learning and applying Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
  • Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service operations
  • Should be able to handle Inbound Voice Calls
  • Good Technical Knowledge is expected
  • Must be willing to work in Rotational shifts
