- Should have Basic Computer Skills, must have Excellent Communication Skills, including Oral and Written Skills in English
- Must be adapt to learning and applying Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service operations
- Should be able to handle Inbound Voice Calls
- Good Technical Knowledge is expected
- Must be willing to work in Rotational shifts
