• Should have basic computer skills
• Should have good communication skills, including oral and written skills in English
• Should have good pleasing personality, Maturity, Assertive, Process driven, Analytical, Team Handling skills
• Should have self-Initiative work ethics
• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
• A field exposure to ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
• Should have an ability to handle a Team of nurses and doctors at various schools
• Must be able to interact with parents and organize routine health check-ups in schools
• Should be responsible for implementation of Health Camps Infrastructure and accommodation.
• Must conduct orientation sessions and PTM's
