• Should have good English communication skills
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in Laboratory/Hospital environment
  
• Good knowledge of ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations is essential
• Should have an ability to handle query from labs
• Should be able to deal with queries directly from patient
• Must answer direct Dr. Calls with respect to the completion of the reports
• Expected to inform patient about their report
• Should have been booked an appointment for health-check ups
• Would be complying complaint log and forward to report heads
